The Aster Group, including Flourish, Ridgeway, Sarsen, Testway and Aster Property Management, have been going through a strategic review. That’s where we look at how we work now and check if we should be doing things in a different way in the future – and the results are in.
We’ve now got a new plan for the future.
The plan has been created with the help of our customers, employees and other people we work with. Over 1,000 people who get services from us or live in homes owned or managed by one of the Aster Group companies sent back a questionnaire telling us what they thought.
And another 252 people came along to one of our ‘I think this’ sessions and gave us more ideas and thoughts.
