Our multi discipline development team takes schemes from inception to completion.  In addition to providing development services on behalf of Flourish, Ridgeway, Sarsen and Testway,  it also works for other housing associations and agencies.

As a Housing Corporation lead investor with a growing programme, Aster has strong links and works in close partnership with a number of builders and developers in the central south and south west of England to produce much needed high quality new homes.

Aster is the Lead Investor for the New Futures partnership of dynamic and progressive housing organisations committed to efficient delivery of modern homes.  The New Futures partners are Severn Vale Housing Society, Elim Housing, Bournemouth Housing Society for the Elderly, Tamar Housing Society, Teign Housing, United Housing Association, Wiltshire Rural Housing Association and Wyedean Housing Association.

Aster is one of three partners supporting United Housing Association in a Strategic Alliance designed to help United to grow through developing new homes.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Assettrust Housing across central southern and south west England supporting them as they develop affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.
