Repairs & Maintenance

 We work closely with our residents to make sure that we manage their homes well and provide a speedy repairs service.

Most work is undertaken by Aster Property Management's directly employed workforce who provide a high quality service that meets the needs of residents. Satisfaction levels with response repairs are currently runing at 97%.

Residents wishing to report a repair should use the following contact information:

Flourish Homes residents should
 phone the general repairs freephone on 0800 068 8873

Calls are free from landline phones but not from mobile phones. The lines are open between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (except on bank holidays) and until 8pm on Thursdays.
If you have a general emergency outside our office hours, you should ring 0870 770 5314.
For repairs to gas heating and domestic hot-water systems, ring freephone 0808 1785900.
For emergency gas repairs outside normal office hours, you should ring freephone 0808 1785900. 

Ridgeway, Sarsen and Testway  residents should phone the repairs call centre on 0800 6 12 10 10

Calls are free from landline phones but not from mobile phones. The call centre is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you have an emergency repair outside these hours your call will go through to our out-of-hours emergency service.

We welcome calls using RNID Typetalk Service. If you have a textphone, please dial 18002 before our phone number.

We will answer your call as soon as we can. However, we are often busier than normal on a Monday morning and Wednesday and Friday afternoons. To avoid waiting, try calling us at our less busy times.
